(Reggie) Ruinous- A male Tachimachi spirit-being of legend said to take the form of a Staraptor. He is also said to embody feelings of dread and fear. He is the opposite to Luna, the female Noctowl spirit who embodies hope and joy.

As a human, Ruinous is often depicted as a grey-haired old man with an angry expression. When depicted as a Pokemon, he is shown as a Staraptor with spectacularly long tail feathers, blurred-out edges, and light-colored plumage, emphasizing his presence as a spirit.
