Some of us have become so addicted to chat that we use l33t or Chatspeak in real conversation. Me and a lot of friends say "lol" in conversation, and sometimes I even use emoticons in handwriting. Who else spends way, WAY too much time on the internet? =P

Me.

On almost all of my homework assignments, I put some sort of smiley face. My teachers don't even mind, lol.

I say "l-o-l" or "lul" or "lawl" when I hear something funny from my friends.

Sometimes, I use 13375P33|< on my titles. D:

lol (excuse the IM xD) but yes, I ALWAYS have to put a smiley face, always, on ... well... basically everything. Once my replacement English teacher wrote for the comment on my report card, "[my name] is an exceptional student... blah, blah, blah... great sense of humour. lol.... something else or rather..."

xD I was like, "WTF? (I enunciate the letters as seperate, literally) A TEACHER using IM? How sad is that?"

Of course, I said that more to myself than anyone else.
