Wow that brings back memorys...only my memorys include a train crash, not a car crash, but whatever, apperenly my school is not the only one to do this/

Of course the government is insane ...

But this does teach the dangers of driving under the influence (in a really unusual and dangerous way.)

Reminds me of the South Park episode with Rob Reiner, and smoking. ;p
